It blew NE yesterday when our wind pattern always switches to the SSE in early spring and stays that way through September. A north wind in May is an anomaly, but one of cold weather not warm.

So it would be very easy to claim ‘Florida is cooling’ given your metric. Because it was, all fall. winter and spring. Both land and sea temperatures were significantly below average.
